Stapler circumcision is performed under local anesthesia in our comfortable, state-of-the-art procedure room. The entire process typically takes less than 30 minutes from
preparation to completion on average, with the actual circumcision taking approximately 10 minutes.
Before the procedure begins, the area is thoroughly cleaned and prepared using sterile techniques. Local anesthesia is administered to ensure complete comfort throughout the procedure.
Once the anesthesia takes effect, the CircCurer device is carefully positioned and activated to complete the circumcision.
Patients remain awake and comfortable throughout the procedure and can typically walk and drive home the same day. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided, along with contact and emergency contact details.

No, the procedure is performed under local anaesthesic to ensure you are comfortable and pain-free. The only discomfort will be that of the local anaesthetic injection which doesn’t take long .
For a physical job, you will need to take 2 weeks off work. For an office job, you are able to go back to work the next day.
For adults, a traditional cut and stitch circumcision takes around an hour. With CircCurer stapler circumcision, the circumcision itself takes around 10 minutes.
Recovery takes around 6 weeks with cut and stitch circumcision or 2-3 weeks with CircCurer Stapler on average.*

Suitability for the stapler technique will be assessed during your pre-operative consultation.
